To change a size and/or an item all you need to do is send a request of authorization of the product to be returned to email address info@azurbikini.com within 10 days of the date the order was received. (Subject RETURN and/or EXCHANGE ITEM The name/size of the items that are to be returned must be specified and rembursement desired: size change and/or item. Once the request of return has been received Azur Bikini will send a written confimetioncontaining the Number of Authorixation of Return )R.A.N.). The cost of shipping for exchange is at the expence of the customer, whereas for flawed, damaged items or a different size from the order has been received, the shipping costs are totally at the expence of Azur Bikini In case of items bought in promotional periods, it will only be possible to request and exchange of the item bought.
Refunds will take place as soon as the item returned has been received, comfirmed and accepted .For orders paid by credit card the amount refunded will be available within 10 to 15 days which can be seen on the following statement of the credit card.
Orders payed by Paypal the amount shall be returned to original bank account.
To exercise the right of exchange or right of withdrawal:
- The items shlould not have been used, worn, washed or damaged
- Must have the label that indicates the size, model, lable of materials used and size label attached to every item.
- The items need to be returned in the original packaging complete of all accessories.
